BalloonsOkay. I started this contest in September 2012 and it ended in December. I got only ONE entry, so I'm going to try again -- with no specific deadline -- to see if anyone will enter.Balloons by ~dream93
Here are the guidelines:
1. Theme: "Balloons". At least one balloon has to be incorporated into your entry.
2. Deadline: NO DEADLINE (meaning: when I get a certain amount of entries).
3. New AND old deviations are accepted (photographs, literature, traditional art, digital art, etc.).
4. You can submit one OR two entries.
5. Put the link to your entry in the comments of this journal (or message me the link) -- however you want to get your entry to me.
